Returns/Refunds
My customer's satisfaction is my number one priority, without you my online shop could not thrive. I will do everything in my power to make things right with you, because I appreciate you. My return policy is within 7 days. If you use a product and are not satisfied, please email me at therollingbell@gmail.com and I will gladly refund your money and you may keep the product. Please note: this is eligible one time only, for each item and if there are shipping costs involved, shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at therollingbell@gmail.com

Sale items 
Only regular priced items will be refunded, sale items will not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
